The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any booking contract concluded orally or in writing, including emails between an individual or an entity (commonly referred to as “the customer”) and Le Clos du Fil Hotel (referred to as “the hotel”).
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, and the Courts of Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to them.
The conclusion of the contract between the customer and the resort, whether written or oral, implies that the customer has read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. Room rates
The displayed rates on the website are indicative only (inclusive of VAT and service charges) and are subject to change at any time with or without notice. All rates include breakfast, free use, and access to the swimming pool, bicycle, and wifi throughout the property.
2. Capacity & children’s policy
– The maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.
– The maximum capacity for 01 single bed is 01 adult or 01 child.
– All room categories can accommodate up to 01 extra bed only.
– Free baby cot for children under 2 years old.

3. Reservation and payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is guaranteed when the hotel receives a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total payment; the rest of the payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
In case of a reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the customer will pay the full charge right after the reservation has been confirmed.
Payment plus bank charges can be made by bank transfer or bank card via a terminal or a secure online payment system.
The customer will be responsible for all bank transfer-related charges.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation by the customer
In all cases except those classified as natural disasters, the following penalties will apply to the customer:
- Between 21-14 days prior to arrival: 1st night’s room charge per room cancelled
- Between 13 days & date of arrival or No – show: Full charge will be applied.
* This policy does not apply to promotional prices and in peak season.
Cancellation from the hotel
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation in the following cases:
- If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of the estimated arrival date, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- In the event of force majeure such as a natural disaster or an unexpected situation that threatens the customer’s life and health, the resort is liable to reimburse the full amount paid by the customer.
5. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in time is 2 p.m while check-out time is 12 p.m.
Early check- in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
50% of the room rate will be charged if the customer checks out from 2 p.m to 6 p.m while 100% of the room rate will be charged if the customer checks out after 6 p.m.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
Vietnamese law governs the relationship between the customer and the resort, and the Courts of Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to them.
